UX/UI Redesign Plurals A RRHH platform designed to simplify your organization’s management.CONTRIBUTION

After redesiging Plurals’ branding, we updated key interface and usability elements across the platform to reflect the new visual UI identity.

FOCUS

We honed in on the interface—streamlining unclear messaging and aligning the platform with the brand—to give users a clearer, more consistent experience.

01.I began by auditing the entire Plurals platform—mapping out each tool’s purpose and user flow from both the owner’s and the employee’s perspectives. This helped me uncover usage patterns and potential pain points early on.02.I ran moderated sessions with real users on key workflows (e.g. document uploads, approval steps) to surface and validate existing friction. Their feedback pinpointed usability gaps and informed my next design decisions.03.I compared Plurals against similar platforms in the market, gathering best-practice examples of tool organization, naming conventions, and interaction patterns. These insights sparked ideas for improving our own information architecture and micro-interactions.04.Finally, I redesigned and refined new features—updating UI components, iconography, and interaction states—to align with Plurals’ refreshed brand guidelines. This ensured a consistent, cohesive experience across every touchpoint.VISUAL HIERARCHY  & CONSISTENCY
